Tom Martin has tried cases in every county of Southern California for  over 30 years.  For the first 22 years of his career, he practiced  exclusively as a civil litigator for the defense.  The firm continues to  practice defense for notable corporations and insurance companies, but  Tom has added a thriving practice representing all people harmed by  someone else's mistake, including people in automobile accidents,  motorcycle accidents, as well as motorcycle dealers.
